Had an issue with sump pump crock filled to the top, running and pumping not a drop. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem quickly; also provided info on how to avoid the issue in the future and even showed how to maintain my tankless water heater. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Called around to get quotes to replace hot water tank that sprung a leak. Talked with Mike (owner) and he explained the problem with the creation of acidic moisture dripping back onto hot water tank from exhaust vent gases & condensation, from the vent that no longer has the furnace connected. This moisture rusts the hot water tank on the outside causing a top tank pin hole over a number of years. This exactly where the leak was from. The top of the tank, exhaust column. We have a high efficiency furnace where it no longer heats up the main exhaust vent and the traditional gravity hot water tank does not cycle enough to burn off collected moisture on the main exhaust vent system. This explained the moisture that would run down the original vent. We had a power vented hot water tank installed by his employee Tyler. He was very knowledgeable and performed quality workmanship making the service connections. He also took care in transporting the new and old tanks up/ down the basement. Also made sure the site was well cleaned during and after his work. The final cost was less than the phone quotation. I would call them again.

Shower diverter broke Wednesday night. I called them Thursday morning and left a voicemail. They called me that afternoon and said they could make it. Had to rush home from work to meet the plumber. He fixed it in 30 minutes, very impressed.
